Author’s Note: I wrote about a song that I really liked and that gave a strong message comparing movies to reality. I think that this song gives off a really good vibe and it’s something that I think people listen to when they want to think.

The song If This Was A Movie, by Taylor Swift tells a story. The story is talking about thinking back to a relationship that ended badly and she isn’t over it yet. Then she starts talking about how if this was a movie he would come back. She says how if this was a movie he would be outside her door waiting for her in the rain. Then she says that if he would just apologize they could go back to the way things were before they had that fight.The song if this was a movie makes you think about the lyrics and what she was trying to say through the song.
